With the capacity of batteries employed by smartphones on the rise, Oukitel has introduced the K6000. This handset features a humungous 6000mAh juicer that will not only provide long battery life, it also charges quickly. Five minutes plugged into an outlet will give the Oukitel K6000 two-hours of 2G talk time. With reverse charging, you can use the handset to power up other devices.

Users will be able to go as many as ten days between charges using a power saving mode. This could have been the perfect phone for Noah since the large battery is said to power as many as 40 days of standby. Oukitel has been trying to push the envelope in smartphone design, something that it has to do to get noticed in a crowded market. For example, this is not even the largest capacity battery on an Oukitel mobile device!

This past June, we told you about the Oukitel K10000. Can you guess the capacity of the cell on that phablet? If the K6000 sports a 6000mAh battery, the K10000 should be equipped with a 10,000 mAh battery, which it is. That handset will keep you away from electrical outlets for at least a week.

The remaining specs of the K6000 are unknown, as is the pricing and availability. All of the information that you would want to see about the device before you make a buying decision, is expected to be outed in a matter of weeks.
