Not hard to see where this poll is going.
There have been devices where the battery life has been the biggest selling point- Verizon’s Motorola Droid Maxx series comes to mind. My guess is that those battery heavy devices have not sold as well. Consumers are flocking to large screened behemoths, anything with the name “Galaxy” in them, and iPhones. Phones are bragging about how thin they are or their amazing camera. Those issues and the screen sizes seem to matter to consumers WAY more than battery life.
They then complain about battery life after purchase. Than a year and half later get another phone without caring. I just think the market dictates what phone developers focus on. People just buy more chargers and whine, but battery life does not drive the basic users decisions.
Do you think that manufacturers are not doing enough to improve battery life?
