Aside from listing the devices that will offer support for Android Pay in the US, HTC also briefly detailed the security features which are being put into place to protect your financial information. The company says that no card details will be stored, and that each user will be assigned a “virtual account number”, a layer of abstractization that should keep your card details safe.
Unsurprisingly, the last three HTC flagships, the One M7, the One M8, and the One M9 will all get Android Pay support on all four major carriers. Other devices are the AT&T HTC Desire Eye and the Desire 626, Sprint’s One E8, One Max, Desire 616, and Desire 816, T-Mobile’s Nexus 9, and the Verizon versions of the Nexus 9 and Desire 626.

Just recently, Google made Android Pay available for download from the Play Store, although the app won’t work until Google’s mobile payment service launches later this year. At launch, users will be able to use Android Pay to shop for goods at more than 700,000 locations across the United States.
