On Microsoft’s official devices blog in the U.S., is a story about how Windows Phone users can go about finding apps that work seamlessly with personal assistant Cortana. And while that is a useful topic, the most interesting part of the page is a photograph that shows a woman talking to Cortana while holding an unknown Lumia handset.

From earlier leaks, we know that the phone in the picture is not the Lumia 950 or Lumia 950 XL. Both of those models will be unveiled this Tuesday, October 6th, in New York City. The handset is also not the Lumia 550 (again, based on a recent leak).

One suggestion is that the unnamed device could be the Microsoft Lumia 850. Rumored specs for that model were leaked during the summer at the same time that specs leaked for the Lumia 550 and Lumia 750 models. We could see a Lumia 850 unveiled before the end of the year, powered by the Snapdragon 410 SoC.
