Indianapolis was the market that received Extended Range LTE service last week, which was revealed through an announcement made by the nation’s third largest carrier. And while T-Mobile has been pretty much mum on some of the other regions receiving the upgrade in service, the carrier’s own customers have been spilling the beans about receiving Extended Range LTE service.
Some of the regions where the un-carrier’s customers have seen Band 12 include Seattle, Washington; Middletown, Delaware; Bethany, Pa.; Quincy, Mass.; Annapolis, MD.; Norfolk, Mass., Brooklyn, N.Y.; Salem, Oregon; Smithtown, N.Y. and Eustis, Florida. And some T-Mobile customers in Michigan and South Dakota are also reporting sightings of Band 12.
T-Mobile continues to work on deploying Band 12, with its ability to provide stronger indoor coverage an important feature for many of the mobile operator’s subscribers.
